He would go on to sell that business to Apple in May 2014 for a reported, whopping … 3 billion dollars! Needless to say, he is now considered the richest man in Hip-Hop!

Our client is a trailblazer in the digital video security monitoring industry.
They offer real-time security video surveillance solutions – and business is booming!
Based from a home office in the Philadelphia area and reporting to the Director, Sales … the Account Executive will prospect, develop networks and secure new client relationships … focusing on permanent, live security surveillance in commercial businesses and remote sites (Live Video Monitoring, CCTV and Access Control)
The ideal candidate is definitely not a snake oil salesman and brings 5-7 years of successful sales experience, with a solid understanding of the condominium, commercial property, digital security or technology space.
Prospect for new business opportunities by cold calling, direct marketing & via industry events
Ensure peak penetration by strategically managing their assigned territory
Work with clients to create tailored and effective security offerings
Full sales cycle responsibility through to managing client onboarding and installations
Manage existing client accounts + renewal and maintenance of contracts
MUST HAVE: 5 to 7 years of B2B sales experience, selling technical services or products
Proven results as a top performer in sales (ie. President’s Club winner etc.)
Must live in the territory
Driven to exceed sales targets, strong prospecting, relationship building and closing skills
Understands business implications of decisions; demonstrates knowledge of market and competition
BIG PLUS: Experience selling into the multi-residential and/or property management sector
BASE SALARY: $65,000 – $75,000 (USD)
ON-TARGET VARIABLE: $25,000 – $30,000 (USD) (uncapped)
ON-TARGET EARNINGS: $90,000 – $105,000 (USD)
OTHER: mileage + vacation + phone, laptop + health benefits (medical/dental/vision) + 401K
