Day-to-day management of the restaurant – including bartending duties (to stay close to the action)
Provide leadership … working side-by-side with crewmembers
Deliver high standards of food quality and dining experience … leading to great customer service
Managing staffing and scheduling needs
Some inventory responsibilities
2 years’ experience in the restaurant industry … (in a leadership role)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Capable of working flexible hours, days, shifts, including some holidays
