And … while this craze may have started with lattes … it has quickly spread to include; biscotti, yogurt, granola and even popcorn spice … to name only a few.

What does this have to do with Match and Fable’s latest role?
Nothing at all.

POSITION:                RECEPTIONIST

SUMMARY:     

Match and Fable is searching for a support professional to join their client’s team in Oakville.

This is a full-time, permanent role and a great opportunity to work in a world-renowned facility – specializing in Dermatology and Plastic Surgery.

There are many perks offered with this role, as well as the opportunity to grow within the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support staff and physicians to ensure medical facility is providing high quality care services
  • Acting as the front face of the clinic and intaking clients keeping a high standard of patient flow
  • Conduct administrative duties (answering phone calls, emails)
  • Coordinate appointments, follow-up visits and patient flow
  • Maintain excellent patient care; refer questions to appropriate medical personnel
  • Administer and manage OHIP billing and manage financial activities
  • Ensure adequate inventory of the clinic OTC products
  • Stay up-to-date on clinic’s products and treatments; provide patient education


REQUIREMENTS:
 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in an office receptionist role
  • Knowledge of aesthetics or related healthcare (preferred … not required)
  • Exceptional administrative and customer service and organization skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office software and EMR (client is willing to teach this part)


REMUNERATION:

HOURLY WAGE: $20 per hour + quarterly bonus potential

THE ‘BURP’ ROLE (OTE: $43,000 – $45,000)

THE BURP ROLE

You’ve probably never thought about it … but, apparently … it’s impossible to ‘burp’ in space!

We’re pretty sure your next question will be … why?

Well … it just so happens that when humans are exposed to a zero-gravity environment … the gas produced from eating and drinking cannot separate itself from the solids and the liquids that have been ingested.

As such … a ‘burp’ in space has no alternative than to turn into full-fledged vomit!
We know it’s kinda gross … but … you can look pretty smart dropping that knowledge at the next house party you go to!

What does this have to do with Match and Fable’s latest role?

That said, now that we have your attention … we’d like to tell you about our Client Service / Sales role in Woodbridge, Ontario.

POSITION:                CLIENT SERVICE & SHOWROOM SALES REP
REPORTS TO:           CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER
LOCATION:               WOODBRIDGE, ONTARIO
INDUSTRY:                HOME BUILDING / DESIGN HARDWARE

SUMMARY:

Our client is a national retailer of quality hardware for cabinetry, in the home building / design space.

This role requires someone with showroom sales success as well as an understanding of customer service.

The company exudes a ‘fresh’ and supportive work environment … with fantastic leadership and training!

Based from their offices in Woodbridge you’ll work closely with staff in sales, customer service, operations and accounting.  You’ll be responsible for sales to new and existing clients as well as client service / account management with both walk-in and the existing client base.

We’re looking for a candidate who is exceptionally self-motivated, with a great attitude and ability to multitask. A natural sales person with the ability to support and “hug their customers” to keep them coming back.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build positive relationships with customers via email, phone and face-to-face
  • Assist customers with technical support on products
  • Assist outside sales representatives with client service support and building sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness of showroom
  • Provide feedback on daily activities to Inside Sales Manager
  • Provide customer service to all customer accounts


REQUIREMENTS:
 

  • MUST HAVE: 2+ years of relevant sales, marketing and/or client service experience
  • MUST HAVE: Post-secondary education in sales, marketing or business
  • BIG PLUS: Experience in the building/design hardware and supplies industry or working in a showroom
  • Must be motivated and accountable and enjoy relationship building and collaborative team work
  • Must be comfortable with technology (MS Office Suite and ERP systems)

THE ‘MAX HEADROOM’ MEDICAL OFFICE COORDINATOR ROLE ($20/HOUR)

If you know anything about the mid-80’s … you must’ve heard of Max Headroom!
For those of you who haven’t … Max Headroom was the world’s first computer-generated, virtual TV host.

Interestingly enough … the computer technology that existed at the time wasn’t advanced enough to achieve the desired effect … so Max’s computer-generated appearance was actually achieved with prosthetic make up (that took more than 4 hours to apply) and backgrounds that were actually hand drawn!

What does this have to do with Match and Fable’s latest role?
Well … not much really.

That said … Kelly Meadows is looking for a ‘host’ of sorts (definitely not virtual) for her client located in Oakville!

THE ‘BON JOVI’ – OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT – ROLE (OTE: $50,000 – $55,000)

And … it just so happens our client is looking for a Solutions Team Specialist who can ‘be there’ for their clients when it comes to senior escalations to the Office of the President!

SUMMARY:

As a team member of the Office of the President, you will handle unique (at times ‘extreme’) client escalations in a timely manner.

The OOTP Solutions Team provides business support to the organization 7 days/week, 365 days per year.

Based from any of their satellite offices, across Ontario and reporting directly to the Manager of OOTP, you will be responsible for handling the inbound escalations via multiple mediums, such as: telephone, email, fax, social media feed.

You’ll need to think “outside the box” and deliver timely resolutions ensuring the client’s voice is heard!

We’re looking for a candidate who loves a challenge and enjoys maneuvering through sticky situations to deliver a positive and mutually agreeable outcome!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management of all escalations presented to the Executive
  • Full ownership with complete authority to represent the President’s Office while dealing with escalated customer issues – as the final point of contact
  • Root Cause analysis of Executive escalations, Social Media, Better Business Bureau and Ministry complaints
  • Recommendations for process improvement, policy change or new ideas to improve customer experience
  • Define, measure and report on key learnings
  • Manage team to track and respond to all positive posts on social media platforms
  • Identify trending, feedback to field and measure and report on daily metrics and KPI’s

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer service role (focus on high profile escalations is a huge bonus)
  • Available to work rotation shifts (days, evenings, weekends) and be on call (social media monitoring)
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation
  • Exceptional customer service skills (with a strong track record of ownership, accountability and follow-up)
  • Solid problem solving and trouble shooting abilities (strong attention to detail and accuracy)
  • Strong capability and understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office


REMUNERATION:

BASE SALARY: $45,000 – $50,000
BONUS: $5,000
ON-TARGET EARNINGS: $50,000 – $55,000
