POSITION: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR
INDUSTRY: TRANSPORTATION
LOCATION: MONTREAL
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate sales in an inside sales capacity (networking, cold-calling, relationship-building strategies)
- Maintain + retain existing clientele – to grow ‘share of wallet’ spend
- Secure new opportunities via company provided leads + own business development efforts
- Collaborate with internal operations + functional teams to establish consumer solutions
- Develop effective sales strategies through market and data insight/analysis
- Effectively answer client inquiries / responses via RFPs and RFQs
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of experience in transportation (in any capacity – not necessarily, sales)
- Motivated and ambitious self-starter with a willingness to learn
- Career-minded + goal oriented
- Bilingual (French/English)
REMUNERATION:
BASE SALARY RANGE: $50,000 – $80,000
ON-TARGET VARIABLE: $3,500 – 5,600 (uncapped potential)
ON-TARGET EARNINGS: $53,500 – $85,600
